Give Back From Your Mat

One of the primary missions of ZenSoul Yoga and Wellness Center is to cultivate yoga off the mat and within the community.

We strive to honor Patanjali’s Yamas and Niyamas (ways of living in harmony both within our world and within ourselves) and the spirit of giving back. With this in mind, ZenSoul has chosen to pay homage to the Yama Aparigraha (non-greed) as a means of connecting deeper with those in our vicinity and with causes close to our hearts.

Each season, ZenSoul selects a Student Of The Quarter, who is both honored by the studio, and given the opportunity to select a charity for donation. 1% of the studio’s quarterly profit will then be given to the cause of the student’s choosing, as our way of showing taking our yoga practice beyond the four walls of our space. We believe that yoga is so much more than a physical practice-it is a way of life. Through this effort, we aim to extend our reach into the community and build meaningful relationships. The more we can be intentional about connecting with the people and needs around us, the more we build the capacity to learn, grow, and evolve together along the path.
