At ZenSoul, we invite you step inside our peaceful space, and allow the rest of the world to fall away. We know that taking on something new can feel challenging, but you’ll find that our friendly teachers and myriad classes will have you feeling right at home and proud you took that first step!   

The moment you open the door to our serene studio, know that you are giving yourself the gift of syncing up body, breath, and mind. We have everything you need to start your yoga journey, including high quality Manduka mats, props, blankets, and teachers who are available both before and after class to help with any questions or concerns. Our community means the world to us, and we are honored to invite you into our circle.  

All classes at ZenSoul are structured to accommodate students of all levels. That said, choosing the class that is the best fit for what you want both physically and mentally is an important step in establishing a solid yoga foundation. CLICK HERE to view our class offerings and descriptions to decide what best meets your needs.

What To Expect

Our hope is that you feel confident, welcomed, and at home, from the moment you step inside the studio, to the moment you leave.  

As soon as you step in, make yourself comfortable by removing shoes at the door, and utilizing our cubbies for personal items. Two restrooms are available at the opposite end of the studio, and we have filtered water readily available for you to fill your bottle before class (water can be kept at the mat for the duration of the practice if you choose).  

Yoga has a unique way of bringing you more in sync with your physical body, so we encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel most free in your body for movement. This can include specific “yoga clothes” but is certainly is not limited to such. Know that you will be breathing, bending, and fine tuning the connection within your body and mind throughout the practice. Wear the clothing that fits these needs and allows you to feel like yourself.  

All classes are 60 minutes long unless otherwise specified. We encourage you to get to class at least five minutes early, to allow adequate time to set up your mat/props, and transition to a mental headspace where you are ready get back to you.

How Yoga Will Work For YOU

This ancient practice is one that holds myriad benefits, no matter your age, size, history, or physical capacity. By beginning and establishing a yoga practice, you will notice differences in both how your body feels and reacts.

Experience improved flexibility, better quality of sleep, a more focused mind, and a body that can move with more ease than resistance. Use the breathwork techniques you learn in class to keep calm and steady throughout the day. Feel yourself getting closer and closer to a clearer and more peaceful YOU.

How to Get Started

  • Download the ZenPlanner app to create your new student profile. Once your profile is complete you can begin to register for classes and choose your class package right from your app or computer! 
  • Not sure which package will work best? Try our New Student Special: Two Weeks Of Unlimited Classes for only $40!  
  • We strongly recommend pre-registering for classes to guarantee space. We are still working off of Covid protocol and have a limited number of spots available for each class.
