Membership Questions Answered
Your membership will be deducted on the same day each month. If you would like to set up an alternative payment schedule, please have a chat with us.Monthly memberships will be deducted on the same day each month and are recurring. Specials, workshops or class passes are pay as you purchase, they do not auto-deduct.
We do not charge transaction fees when deducting your membership payments. We do charge a $25 fee if you choose to cancel your membership and did not give us notice before your payment was deducted as we incur fees on both the original deduction and the refund.
Yes. Please let us know what date your hold ends and begins.
To cancel your membership, simply reach out to us via email, text, or phone call before your next auto deduction. If you have a class pass or a one-time special membership or workshop, there is no need to cancel.
